MINOR PLANNING APPLICATIONS (STATUTORY 8 WEEK DETERMINATION PERIOD)

For minor planning applications for the proposed development of up to four dwellings a topographical survey is essential. For the architect they provide accurate data on changes in ground levels, ground undulations or slopes and for the tree surveyor they allow on-site trees to be accurately plotted.

Should a proposed development require the creation of a new highway access or be located in the close vicinity of a water feature or woodland, a planning authority may require a highways survey and a protected species survey (Bats, Badgers and Great Crested Newts).

The following experts have been members of David Nicholas Taylor’s project management teams for Minor planning applications.
